We are open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and
Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

(We will still be available to our members via phone/text for urgent needs on those days).

For EMERGENT needs, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest Emergency Room.​

Patient First members will be updated regarding any clinic closures due to holidays, vacations, or inclement weather.  We also will be updating the website as needed.
