​Patient First has already made the time available in our schedule to see you when you need to be seen.

  • For acute concerns, we will see you the same, or next day, guaranteed.

  • Our appointment times are between 30-60 minutes long, which means we always have time to discuss the health topics most important to you.

  • We offer extended hours during the week, so you can be seen after work if you have a job where it is difficult to break free during the day, or if you need an appointment before starting the night-shift. 

  • House calls are available on a case-by-case basis, on normal business days (with provider approval, and depending on your location) 

Access doesn't just mean being able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner.  

  • We are available to answer your texts, phone calls, or emails during our normal business hours, and

  • we offer several options to meet your individual appointment needs including telephone, virtual/video, or in-person visits.

What about after hours (weekends and holidays)?

  • We are available via text or telephone after hours, on holidays, and weekends (in the event you have a concern that cannot wait until our normal business hours).

  • In some cases, we may be able to have a virtual/video visit after hours at no additional charge (this may be limited by the patient's or provider's location/internet quality at the time).
